 Here are some tips for making sure you don't break your charm while you are inserting or removing.
-When inserting the charm, please push charm from the front side of the post and not the sides of the post. If you do you will break your charm. 
-To remove push the post from the inside of the bag and never pull from the front or you will break your charm.
-Please keep in mind these are acrylic charms with full color designs and not the rubber charms. If force is applied to acrylic it snaps so please treat them with kindness
