Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package’s progress.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Amris & Bren is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we’re happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
Shipping Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
